The European Diamond Capacity Hub is a collective that provides services for Diamond Open Access publishers, Service Providers, and Tools & Technology Providers.

The European Diamond Capacity Hub intends to provide the research community with an aligned, high-quality, and sustainable Open Access scholarly communication infrastructure, capable of implementing Open Access as a standard publication practice across the European Research Area

The European Diamond Capacity Hub takes its place alongside other regional Capacity Hubs such as Redalyc-Amelica and AJOL, and thus provides a gateway to the global Diamond Open Access community.

The European Diamond Capacity Hub is supported by organisations committed to advancing Diamond Open Access publishing in the European Research Area.

The European Diamond Capacity Hub offers capacity-building support in several languages for Diamond Open Access Publishers and Providers via six core services.

Diamond Open Access is an equitable model of scholarly publication that charges no fees to authors or readers and in which the content-related elements of publication are owned and controlled by the scholarly communities.
